there's wufoo.com that makes adding them to your site super easy.
if you're running wordpress you can install a cformsII plugins or some other random plugins they got.
if you don't use a CMS/blog software or some kind of script pre-made, they are a pain to setup properly.
Email Form
I am putting together my new website and I was wondering if anyone knows how to set up a contact form or can point me in the direction of a good one. I need it to be a little customizeable (nothing too drastic). I know lots of you lovelies have these on your sites and am wondering how you went about getting them ;D
I need like.. one that just emails, and then one for options (like for commissions) if that makes sense. Thanks to any that can help!
