Aside from the frightening lack of eyebrows. She looks like a sci-fi genre character, like Rebellion-era smuggler, or maybe even an Old Repiblic era Coruscanti club-hopper like in Star Wars EP 1-3. Or someone from Robotech. I guess its the diagonally striped yellow and blue pieces in her clothes, and the "06" specifically makes me think of Macross Saga Robotech. The only part I don't get is Arkham.

I think it refers to Arkham Asylum, the Batman video game. I remember a thread by AerySoul on their site about an Arkham Asylum inspired outfit.

Yeah, that's what I mean... how is the Batman universe related to Sci-Fi? Don't get me wrong, I think the outfit is pretty cool. It's just... I look at that and the first thing that pops into my head is definitely "Robotech" and not "Batman".
