It's my 2010 Nanowrimo (50k in 30 days) book. I've been writing on SA for years, but I finally put a good portion of it in book form. I'm kinda excited =)

Congratulations Roz! I will have to put it on my kindle so I can take it to work. You can't read more than a couple of sentences there without someone asking you what you are reading.

I'm getting pretty excited with some of the feedback I'm getting from my reading group, plus I sent it out to a few friends. I'm not expecting this is be some huge success, I just want to get my name out there, so odds are people are being nice with their comments. But I gotta say, it's pretty cool still that it appeals to more people than I thought it would. I'm just glad to be doing it finally. Thanks for the well wishes though guys =)

Hey Roz, I was wondering if you had considered using kickstarter to fund your writing/publishing. It looks like you are getting a nice fan base going and you might be able to use something like kickstarter to pay yourself an advance and hopefully end up in the black at the end of the day.

Oh, I dunno. The idea of even making money isn't something I see in the future. At all. I've been lucky so far with editing from an old friend's freelancing mom and with Vex designing my cover and formatting my ebook. Probably be helpful to do marketing - that's pricey. As far as fan base...eh, not really, but again 'A' fan is pretty exciting for me lol.
