I'm going to go by the clue in the day 2 mafia hit, I noticed in Simon's profile he asks others to clean up the dust, he doesn't do it himself. I also think that Jed could use the fact that he was "cleaning" to get close to rufus and kill him, and I don't think simon would stick around the murder scene just to clean it, if he was the murderer.

Numerous references have been made about how I don't keep the place very spic and span Why would I bother cleaning someone's apartment after I killed them? Wouldn't I want to get out of there as soon as possible?

simon was used to living in his penthouse apartment on Mars, living the high life eating caviar and sipping champagne. he was relocated by his company to a run-down abandoned apartment in a run-down abandoned building. at least, thats how i had envisioned it when i wrote it. sort of a post-apocalyptic view of a city block, dusty and grey, etc etc. the cleaning clue really throws me off. i know simon wouldnt stay around to clean up after killing someone, hell, like MEC said he wouldnt even clean it himself. i didnt feel that the clue necessarily pointed to jed either... but now i am not so sure.

marcus has been identified as "not mafia", and the general consensus is that dana was the godfather. i had been convinced early on that marcus was the serial killer, but apparantly this is not the case. my name is not etric so i will not vote for myself, therefore my only option is to vote for Jed. it doesnt necessarily make sense, but then again i dont think ive been right about anyone so far.

So when does the voting end?
