This was an assigned book that my old American Lit teacher showed me a couple years after I graduated. I read it and promptly freaked out on him, asking why we didnt read it when I was in his class. Shibumi is classic espionage bad ass James Bond, only cooler and with purpose.

OH I read that book long ago, the summer when I went to San Francisco by myself for two weeks. I really enjoyed it; that was also the summer I read Shogun and a few other books having to do with Japan.
