Meh, I see nothing substantial. Hoping this might trigger someone else at this point as I'm feeling stuck in a rut.

Razor has been mentored in the fighting arts (hand to hand and melee weapons). He is an accomplished Martial Artist.
Mutant powers : Teleportation. When he teleports there is a "splurt" sound, red smoke and a faint metallic scent reminiscent of blood. Also has minor telkenetic abilities. He can slide things along a flat surface, but can only lift things about four feet in the air.
The mutant surged forward, tossing the debris aside until the crumpled and broken figure beneath it was revealed.
All that remained now was a bleak necropolis, extending as far as even a mutant’s enhanced eyes could see.
A lone mutant sat crouched against the church’s rear wall, staring out across the now desolate cityscape that sprawled out before him.
The light of humanity faded from this new predator’s eyes, like a torch being doused, and the killer suddenly stood fully upright and straight, like a soldier at attention, and then once again turned its gaze back down upon her, appraising her in a whole new light. She tried to muster the strength of will to launch a defense, but she did not even possess the strength to scream as she died.
Most of the mutants had known her while she was alive, but it still took a long time before someone mustered the fortitude to look at the grisly scene for long enough to identify her as Jubilee.
Warm blood covered her hands and forearms as she pulled the limbs from the barrel, and flowed further up her arms as she lifted the dismembered body parts aloft to get a better look at them: they had definitely been sawed off of the man’s body.
Her thoughts were cut short as she noticed a small drop of blood on the floor.
Soon, Quinn found what she was looking for, a small puddle of blood in a distant corner of the store floor.
