Wow! Very nice. I like how you did the gems on the staff. The hair looks great! I like it a lot. :)

The ends of her hair look blocky. I'd take the smudge and a small small brush and at a high percent 60ish or whatever, thin out the edges to make it look wispy. Nice hair though! Little more highlights do, where ever your light source is coming from.
Her quote is a little hard to read, probably because the sig itself is small, I had to get up close to read it.
Her armor looks great but her boobs are uber bright. If you separate the armor from her skin, you wont get that problem.
Her background eyes look beautiful! The right side, facing, of her face has jagged pixels, smudge to smooth that out.
Her name looks lovely! Very nice job though!

ok made it a little bigger (see refreshed link above) i'm wondering if maybe too big?...and i messed with the hair some (yeah the blocky hair was bugging me too)
i don't see where the face is jagged...might it have been the hair? i'll fix that too if you can point it out to me :)
the armour actually is seperated...it was originally really dark...but i didnt seperate the mace so when i try to darken her skin, it messes the mace up too...i'll have to play with it more on tuesday i think.

Its on the close up of her eyes in the background. Look to the right of her right eye, along the temple its jagged.
Something else to try with hair. When you select your brush, go into the options (should be top right) and select FADE, the number is for the length of stroke. That helps thin out the ends of your hair to make it wispy, that's what i do. =) 600x300 is large, you're under that. Lately I've been doing 500x200 which is kinda large but I like it because it shows details.
I work starting with 1024x720 or whatever and then scale down the piece to about 55 percent, no lower than 40. Try your range there.

Darkened her skin and fixed the background face...it was really pixelated...don't know how I missed that!
I'm still not 100% happy with her hair. I tried to follow a tutorial I had read on norrathstudios...but I think I need a lot more practice ;) It's tedious work too!

Xi posted it on solrorage, it looks fucking fabulous, Ruthie. Seriously. Our sigs are so herkin lol, but i think they look like little portraits. Really really great job on her's, sweetie. :thumbsup
