Wystro (WIP) c/c 3ish

This is in the VERY basic first steps, so there is not much to cc yet. Just posting a WIP. =) This will be a background, sig, and avatar eventually. So far the most that I've done is getting the toon out of his screenshot and on to the background screenshot. (Background screenshot from EQ2 Screenshots.)

<Yup Yup...Cross post from NS. Trying to get back in the swing of things, so will take all the cc I can get. Will update soon.>

looks like youve got a good transition for it! He looks pretty smoothly cut

=) I was very happy with how it came out. I just showed Wystro and almost final version, and when NS gets back up, I should be able to finish it up.

I've done lots more on it lately. Will post the final. I'm still trying to get back into screenshot stuff. Had so much time off lately.

Holy cow, how did i not notice this from before? I'm sorry dear =/

I agree, the transition looks great. The only c/c I can see is his skin has a weird texture to it. I didnt play eq2 for longer than a week, so I'm not sure if that's just from the screenshot or the jpg.

Have you updated this at all, Lolanae?

Yes, let me big up my updates...One moment.

And yes, eq2 skin SUCKS. Omg....so much hatred. Shadows like adhere to the skin in funky shades and lines and omg, just eww.

<--This is the one Wystro PM'd me back a bunch of dancing hamsters' over lol.

Oh cool you made the background all painterly. His skin looks way better too, nice job on the finished piece! =D

Thanks. =)

My favortie part was the name. I was going for a grey/stone like look, to go with Riverstone. What you see is how it turned out, I swear I couldn't have planned it.

That did come out good. A lot of people tend to not really try out text effects. It goes great with the border and the feel of the overall portrait.

hehe. The border....Sneaky me copied the efects over to the border, save some small changes. =)

I'm really happy with this piece. But I have to say, for all EQ2's "pretty" graphics, they are hard to work with.
