Zoinks, that's awesome so far, Don. Her right cheek (our left) looks a little too chubby, thinning that out I think will give it a more realistic look, at least match the one in the screenshot. Very cool!

Her left cheek (or our right...) isn't blended as smoothly as perhaps it could be. Wicked idea tho Rik! It's pretty uncanny how much it looks like it is her actual face!

I'd darken the existing eyeliner to match the saturation in the photo as well though.

The face looks a little paler than the body. Perhaps add some warm colors underneath to match it a little more closely?
