It looks good. Its big! I think I'd overlap the small pic of her slightly over the magic symbol you've got there to give it a little more depth and to make it slightly smaller.

I'd be inclined to take out the portion with just her head, enlarge the other picture just a tad. Then I'd make the text that isn't part of her name much smaller and simpler (without text effects) and squeeze them closer together. That will reduce the size and emphasize the image of her on the right and the symbol thing which I think is really neat and should be the focus of the image. Just personal preference though really. I really dig the colour palatte and that it's not too busy

you need to stroke the name text.. its really hard to read with that yellow bevel plus the same colour yellow glow.
maybe center the symbol and fade it out some, and move the avatar closer to the name text and just cut off the extra width and height some 640width is really extreme for a 'sig'

better?
I think the size thing is from me having a 21" flat panel and my reso cranked,.. this version looks small here but probably is much better for normal usage

That looks awesome! Fixes it up nicely.
The new layout adds a lot of interest and makes the character and the symbol the focus of the whole thing.

the stroked text looks SO much better. really really nice
And the width-decrease helps a ton
i run a 19" flat panel @ 1280x1024, and its just years of doing sigs and webwork that tells me anyone in a smaller resolution is gonna have half a screen of sig with one as big as it was.
