As you can see, I'm struggling with the shield. She really wants her cleric epic 2.0 in the picture.

Looks beautiful, dear =) If she's going to think of a quote later, you might want to move her name down to the center. If you kept the psd, it'll be easy to just add in it later. :thumbsup

I ALWAYS save sigs and magelo backgrounds in layers :) You never know when a client is going to change guilds or servers or even find a better quote!
Unfortunately this is also the reason why I literally have CDs full of commission images LOL

That was actually the concept art cropped down to use as a texture on David's Fantasy Shield (a freebie from DAZ). It took me a grand total of 28 crop tries to get it centered up right. I used the texture as the highlight map as well as the bump map (without displacement). Then I played around with the reflection and highlights until I got the look I wanted. Oh, I also made the ornamental gem, setting, and gem invisible.
