Couple of things I'd suggest.

I'd say its a bit flat so you need more volume. Be careful not to cut off the back of her head when doing hair, its easy to do because you can't see it as well.

The center part should be dark, not light. Add shine to the highest points on either side of the part instead.

The shape is good.

You need shadows to places like the side below her cheek on our left.

I'd add some more strands.. strands are good, I like strands :)
