Since Firefly is the theme of the day (thanks Anu)...

For you hardcore fans...I'm trying to get a feel for whether or not I judged prematurely and if I should try and watch this show. So which show is greatest...and by all means post your order of preference.

Firefly is the best because...it's the only show on that list I've seen. I don't really watch TV :\. I have West Wing on DVD, Firefly, and the first season of Dead Zone, and that's about the extent of it.

1.) Buffy
2.) Firefly
3.) Alias
4.) 24

Sorry Anu =\ I'm a huge Buffy fan and there just wasn't enough of Firefly to make me change my order of preference. But it's a close 2nd!!

Firefly is SPECTACULAR. The only show that could possibly come close to the greatness of Firefly was Space Above and Beyond. Also sadly canceled by Fox because they are vagina faces.

No way! Buffy was the shiznit. And I find BS long and tired...at least some of the episodes.
Fox are vagina faces for sure though.

I prefer Buffy.

Both shows are very original and the writing on both is excellent.
