3D Poser Question - Dynamic Clothing

I recently bought a dynamic dress. /crybomb I had no idea that dynamic dresses are THE SUCK. I found this tutorial - TUTORIAL but for the life of me I can't understand it. Anyone else have any experience with dynamic clothing?

This is the dress, I really want to use it. It requires the classic dress, which I have, but I can't get it to fit at all.
