I dunno...when you REALLY think about it, it isn't that different than wrapping steak with bacon. But something about gutting and deboning a whole bird and packing it into another bird...and then packing that into ANOTHER bird is a tad...repugnant.

It was actually discussed just today on another forum I go to. It sounds like one of those dishes they'd serve in the Middle ages where they'd go crazy trying to make these fancy exotic dishes. Like refeathering the bird after it was cooked. Etc.

I didnt click the link but frankly, the whole holiday of Thanksgiving makes me very happy to be vegan. ;)
