Naughty Hiding - a poem

Deep in there I see you hiding
behind curtains of soft velvet
Almost bright, luminous and shiny
Wonder how far you'll come, how close I'll get

I feel so naughty, asking you to show
Though right now we have nowhere else to go
It's just the two of us, you and me
The sweetness of your pearl is all I see.

I hope you'll appear, so gently I tease
But am contented with a softly blowing breeze
As I focus, enjoying my peeking fun
From behind clouds you emerge, brightly shining sun.
