Pretty much, plus it's holiday break now for a lot of people.

a-yup, and then there's cleaning for people coming over, and decorating, and shopping and.. oh man I'm having an anxiety attack LOL

*cries* .. break-time... a thing of the past. For us poor schmoes in retail, it's 12-hours-a-day-6-days-a-week time.

Oh gah! You poor baby...retail is the last place I'd want to be for the next week. Enjoy the OT...it can make it bearable.

I blame the fact that I am 9 months pregnant and my doctor tells me I probably have another month to go. Am I cranky.

I never knew why they said gestation was 9 months...when its actually 40 weeks...did I miss something in math?

I'll bet you're cranky...but it'll be worth it, trust me :D

They say 9 months because women didn't find out until they were well over 4 weeks pregnant, since the only way to tell was missing a period and so they started counding from then, which made it only nine months.

Now we start counting from the first day of the last menstral cycle making the gestation approximately 40 weeks or ten months.

*huggles Gil* I had both my babies at 38 weeks, I'll keep my fingers crossed for early labor for you.

Induced at 37 and again at 39. I do not recommend having it done twice =x

Mine was induced too...pitocin...evil shit!
But I had my daughter on the 270th day! There was no question for me...I knew the date of conception.

I'm almost through week 36. The day after Christmas marks week 37. I'm just taking it one day at a time. If I can make it through today I'll be doing good. His head feels like a bowling ball sitting on my bladder.

Has he dropped? It's such a relief when they drop.

Yanno, I don't know. My doctor seems to think not but I am breathing easier. Although 3 times last night I got kicked in the esphogus.

Holy crap...the esphogus? The highest I ever felt it was when her head got under my ribs. She was malleable though...I just kinda massaged her back down.

Ah...pregnancy...what a wonderful experience. I miss it so, and envy you.

Well mostly I was exaggerating...I'm not sure quite where he kicked cause I was sleeping but I woke up (beware, incoming gross) from like acid reflux where I thought I was gonna puke because he had pushed my stomach or something and stuff was coming up. And I've read that it's because of the acid coming up your esophogus that causes that.

Seriously though, I look like an egg on stilts. This child has to make a break for it soon.
