No Bake Creamy Cherry Cheesecake

1 can Comstock Ruby Red cherries
1 -1/2 'bricks' of Philladelphia cream cheese
1 8-oz Cool whip
1 grahmn cracker crust (I like Keebler's, use the larger 9" one)
powdered sugar to taste (if desired)

Set the cream cheese out to soften to room temperature. In a large mixing bowl whip the softened cream cheese and Cool Whip**. Use an electric mixer, and blend until smooth and creamy. Scoop out into the crust and shape mixture up the sides and indented in the center. Pour in cherries. COver and chill 1 - 2 hours.

** Blend in small amounts of powdered sugar if you desire a sweeter cheesecake.

Seriously these are GOOD. My Mom's been making these for as long as I can remember. When any of my family get together we must have these and you must make double because everyone has to take some home. And I don't recommend any different cherries, but use what you like!
