Better than pizza caserole

Adults and kids will enjoy this one promise!

What you need:
1lb ground beef
1 tube of bisquits (you know the kind that 'pop' when you open em)
6oz Shredded Mozzerella cheese
1 small can of tomato paste
Reuse tomato paste can to fill with water later
1 packet of italian seasoning from Krafts spaghetti for one kit
(these last 3 ingrediants can be subbed out for a jar of Prego spaghetti sauce)

11x9 pan

Pre Heat oven to 350.

TO MAKE:
Brown meat in fry pan, drain grease. Add tomato paste and italian seasoning to meat along with one can of water. Let simmer for about 10 minutes. Take this time to line pan with biscuits. Once meat is finished simmering, pour over biscuits evenly. Top with mozzerella cheese to your liking and place inside preheated oven.

bake for 20-25 minutes.

I made this tonight. I like it a lot. I was thinking of a way to make this vegitaterian since my daughter isn't supposed to have too much meat. I think it might be just as good with 2 lbs of chopped and sauteed portabella mushrooms, and organic biscuits (yay whole foods!) I may have to try that as well.

i was also thinking to make it a better than taco casserole by switching out the seasoning and sauce and using taco seasoning. And then using cheddar instead of mozz!

i used to make something similiar for taco ~ made the changes you thought of and added chopped tomatoes and sour cream...
