For those who are technically inclined
And are looking at upgrading to PCI Express Motherboards to improve their graphics preformance.
BFG annouced today that they have started to ship PCI Express 6800 series Nvidia cards. The first batch went to Alienware and Falcon Northwest, but should be readily available before Nov.
A 6800GT is looking to fetch about $400 and if supply is the same as the AGP 6800GT you will be able to find them. Use the Forceware drivers to OC them to 5mhz under the 6800 Ultra, and you have a top performer.
Just a heads up to those who want to know.

I built my new computer about 3 days before the announcement of PCI Express, though it was a LITTLE longer before the motherboards started showing up.
I sell computers for a living (being your own boss does indeed rock) and get to see every PC I have sold lately out perform my own, much to my dismay.
Third gen I/0 is probably the most important event in the industry at the moment. I/O at every level, from component-to-component, to human-to-device is going to be the next revolution.
I can't wait!
