what the hell is it?
is it a style a program what? ive tried looking it up but still was confused.
it seems to be a style kinda or everyone draws the same way using a program. i dunno.

Yep, oekaki are just online drawing progams but a lot of people love doing it. Julie and Saraquael had fun messing around with a similar program not too terribly long ago.
