The tie could have been holding her to the chair, sure.

Also looks like she was paralyzed at some point. Lots of our characters have poisons and stuff on them, but only two specifically mention paralysis... Ellis and Dia.

Of course, there's also Clean Willie, whose weapons are purely chemical and uses neurotoxins (aka paralyzing agents) in addition to others.

The reason I bring these up is because the hit specifically states she couldn't move. While being tied to something would prohibit movement, you would most likely be able to wiggle. Being paralyzed would also be quite handy in facilitating someone's drowning.

Because Zowie was standing away from the group that was talking, I tend to suspect Ellis or Dia rather than Willie, as they both mention having paralyzing agents in the form of a gas, and Willie's doesn't specify.

I have more thoughts, but this is it for now... I am going to have to vote early as I work until midnight tonight.

Sam also has a Dust under her fingernails that knocks a person out. She could easily flicked a finger and released it. It's a little more sneaky than a doll being squeezed in your face =)

tho, Willie does have his biochemistry like rabbit mentioned. It's made from flora and fuana which would be natural and could have been preplaced on the donut and perhaps she didnt notice a taste for that reason. She did look down to her donut suspiciously.

For what it's worth --

The smoker Ellis seems to always be lurking about...carries a silencer and has the attitude that would have referred to James as the 'old fool'. Her cigarette smoke also paralyzes.

The mention of the multi colored box in kill 1 seems a direct point to Harmonia Blystful who wears more colors than Rainbow Brite on a good day. She also carries a flashlight and there are several references to 'light' throughout the write ups.

Then there is Claus, Mr. hot wire anything... Also the mention in kill 2 of the words 'ordinary' and 'unordinary' is specifically part of his bio.

I think the use of the word 'tie' refers to Hersheck's blue tie and is a double use of the word 'tie' to have tied her to the lounge chair after paralyzation. And who better than an overweight 'greasy' guy that looks harmless to hang out for a kill at the doughnut shop. C'mon folks he didn't go there to find a cop....

wouldnt that have to be one huge ass tie to hold someone on a lounge chair standing striaght up? I figure even if rope was used to tie her up she wouldnt be able to move. Your gonna drown if you can wiggle your toes or not. Maybe i'm reading it wrong. hm

Never tried my hand at RP, but i guess I could give it a 'go'. You might be better off Ellis though with someone who gets the 'intricacies' of it. Having met me, you probably know I'm outspoken enough to just state it and be done with it.

In any case, you guys know the deal with Hersheck's tie, right? That it turns into a freakin rope? Seems like some weren't getting that :\. I find it strange that he's being defended, either by way of ignoring the evidence or being more outspoken.

I'm wondering what Briare is basing her vote on. There are multiple characters who could potentially knock someone out by means of gas or chemical, but the hit heavily hinted towards paralysis, and there are only two characters who specifically mention that. Voting for me based on that one suspicion seems erroneous. I'm wondering what other clues you have against me, because you shouldn't be finding any - I'm a townie.

I'm leaning more towards Harmonia than Ellis, although she has a few clues pointing towards her.

First, green is mentioned multiple times in her bio, as in the first hit. (see bottom)

Second, she mentions that her scarf can be used to knock people out (Zowie)

Third, her "wrist cuff vine" is a communication device. In the last mafia hit, they talk about someone being contacted.

Also, black in mentioned in her bio several times, as in the latest mafia hit.


Lastly,
This may be stretching it, but the word color (and the word black in the previous paragraph, as well as green in the first hit)... Harmonia has multiple colors mentioned in her bio. Greenx4, brownx2, orangex2, medium tannedx1, blackx6, yellowx1, redx1, bluex1, copperx1, goldx3, amberx2, and the word colorx2.
