help needed!
ok, just started this today. i love disney like whoa and another DA artist changed my inspiration for this piece that ive been trying to decide on for a bit now. I'm trying to make a nice finished piece for the babies room. First i was gonna do humans and the artist i really like is not taking commissions =( So im out to do it on my own. I've been studying disney sites and lion king sites/pictures and thus is what i got so far!
Here's where im currently having the MOST problems in this beginning stage, The babys face! you can see where one part is missing. I cant figure it out atm, it keeps looking squished and foreign. She's intended to be playing with a piece of her mothers hair so her focus is down and eyes i wide with delight. I think i've choosen the wrong emotion for the ears too.
any tips/draw overs/suggestions ect would be appreciated and loved.

Kassy does a lot of disney lion king, dia. You might want to try emailing her. My daughter knew it was simba (i can't tell between the cubs, they all look the same to me).

after much cleaning up. i have a hard time keeping my lines the same thickness and flow.
i used alias skethcbook pro to draw it.
i think i should be coloring in PS7, im nervous to color it. i dont want it to look like shit holio! >_<

ironic, let me tell you what... i get distracted for a few months drawing this lion king nonsense, wander randomly back to TAC, and find a thread with a tlk drawing that wants my advice. very friggin odd. :P
