Her face is too peaceful? Any way to put some lines in around her eyes? Sorry, I've just no clue as to what you guys can do with poser, but maybe if she were a little more drawn looking, it would help.

I'm not sure how I feel about this, but here's the story with this chick. She's suppose to be an angel who broke her wings and has left heaven for her true love, only heaven won't let her back in. So she's a singer at some seedy bar.
I've been grappling with this for about a week. There's something about it that just doesn't feel like she's forsaken. I was considering breaking her wings or even making them dirty and black. I had them dark at one point. I dont know.
Hard C/C would be really appreciated since I'm willing to rerender then whole thing to get it right.

Her eyebrows are set to frown, but you can't see with her hair. I might change her hair all together. I love sapphire fox but its over used =/ especially by me.

Hmmm that's a hard story to represent visually, so my hat's off to ya ;) I would suggest putting her in an updo type hairstyle, there's a few that would work. That would help show off her face a lot more as you've mentioned already. I also think your idea of making the wings darker would help, maybe have them bending down more even? She's looking really good tho hon :)

Her hair is suppose to be long and curly, but yeah I wanted to up do it. It's for a trade on DA, so I could just chalk it up to my interpretation of her. I gotta figure out how to put some curls on her though. I don't want to use that 3dcommune hair, the curl updo, it's too tight. I want flowly curls somehow.

Maybe try hope hair? its wavey not tight curly and is a updo? I would bend the wing a bit and add some darkness to the wings a bit they looks to umm.. pure? lol

My suggestion is to reposition the wings a bit higher on her back so it looks more like they're coming out of her shoulderblades rather than from somewhere below them, and then rather than having them spreading up and away, to bring them in slightly and have them spreading but bent downwards, almost like a cloak or a shroud, and then possibly darken them some.
I think the way they're positioned now is almost too uplifting. They're suggesting flight and positivity, if that makes any sense. :) I like her facial expression though, even with the current hair.

The expression doesn't seem quite sad enough, I agree. And the hair is gorgeous but hides a lot of her face which makes reading it difficult. I would add some wince to her eyes to imply a bit more pain, she does seem kind of calm at the moment. And the wings should be a bit darker, not grimey but not so pure seeming. And maybe a tiny bit more light on the side or back of her hair to show off some of the curl, it's hard to see unless you're looking for it since it's dark.

I think I'm just going to break the fucking wings off. Render them alone and then photoshop them broken close to the base. That'll fix that problem! =D I'm gonna give hope hair a try too.

How ironic, Aerosmith "angel" is playing on my media player. I would agree on the expression, her face looks innocent. GL on the wings too. Originally I was just thinking some torn feathers or such would work but perhaps the broken wings will get the feeling across better

my two cents ~ the wings are too bright? I love the idea of the feather's being broken ~ let us know how that actually happens if you do it!
another idea might be to have her looking a bit more away from the "camera". that tends to accent the quality of "hidden" without actually hiding, ya know?
on a positive note, she's gorgeus, Roz! if you feel inspired to, I'd love to see how she looks when/if things work out and she's a happy camper!! (assuming a Happy Ending, of course!)
