Grilled Cheese.

Take two pieces of white bread. Spread a light coat of butter over each piece. Place on a griddle for approximately 2 minutes at 300 degrees. Put one piece of cheese on each slice of bread, and allow to continue cooking until cheese is melted.

Take both pieces off, put them together (butter side out), and voila! Grilled Cheese!

If you don't make grilled cheese on an iron, your doing it wrong.

A slice of ham, turkey, or other deli meet in between is good for those who are rich enough to have such fancy grilled cheese. Assholes.
