Diabetic Ceral

you'll need :
1 Large Salad Bowl
1 1/2 Gallon of milk
1 Large spoon
1 Box CoCo Pebbles
1 Box Cookie Crisp
1 Syringe
1 Bottle Insulin

in Salad Bowl place large Measure of CoCo Pebbles and a large measure of Cookie Crisp, apply milk until you can see it, get a spoon. Draw up a LARGE shot. Eat. (usually done standing over the sink in your underwear wondering why the hell Trading spaces is on at this ongodly early hour...and why she's Watching it)
Inject insulin.
Wash out bowl.
fall in to diabetic coma.
hope wandering passer by see's you and does not laugh and pee on you.
wake from coma about 45 minutes later feeling fed and rested.
if nessasry, shower (sine I have my dubts about the passer's by)
