Tempers Flare (work-related) - a poem
Flaring tempers, anger now burning hot
Brick walls of frustration are what we've got
Together we are in this battle on the phone
A reminder to you: we are not alone!
Fourteen and one the family does number
I know we wish the telephones would slumber
Even though our job it is to answer and fix
When dealing with taxes and the Seven-oh-six
Users rushed, deadlines running oh-so-near
"I won't get it out!" is an oft-spoken fear
The threat of penalties dangles from above
But it's not themselves the user's thinking of
To help their clients is all they want
Not trying to aggravate us with a stunt
So with a smile, give answers so clever
The clients will stay with us, now and forever!

Yay!! Frustrating as it is, you sound like you understand and do it well.
