Welcomed Genetics!
So, my folks came to visit me this weekend and they brought some pictures along with them. It was really cool. :) I thought I'd share...

That's me, obviously... and yes. Those are my honkers. Aren't they cuddly and plush?
Here's what was kinda cool though...

and

So... those last two were taken circa 1946. That's my grandma, on my mom's side. Not only did she end up moving in with us after my grandpa died a while back; she, my mom, and I were the bestest of pals while we all lived together (my mom and I are still, of course). Grandma died about 3.5 years ago now, but we miss her all the time. My mom dug up these old pics and was... hrm, about as surprised as I was to see them. It's nice to know she's still with me, in a sense.
We always made her promise to haunt us a bit before she went to heaven. ;) And the only time I can ever recall her crying when she lived with us was the year before she died... because she was so happy with us she wasn't ready to die yet.
*big sigh*
Just thought... genetics are kinda funny sometimes, huh?
I hate the idea of not living forever. I feel like I might miss something good!
the good stuff is now
