This is Lion King + Madagascar + 24 (keifer's voice) all wrapped into one really bad movie. Bad to an adult, of course fantastic to a kid.

William Shatner sounded more like Adam West. The lion cub was played by the guy who does Beast Boy. I should've known, his voice kept cracking and fading.
