Poseidon

Eh.
Saw this yesterday, and even without comparing it to the original, I found it lacking.
The set design was fabulous and the effects of the ship being capsized was very realistic to me, but there was only minimal character development. In fact it was the lack of learning about any of the people that made the whole ordeal fall flat. I didn't care about any of the characters, so I didn't care what happened to them, and consequently the suspense was almost non existent.
Too bad too, cause I think Kurt Russell, and Josh Lucas are hot.
