X3 - The Last Stand (BEWARE SPOILERS)

Everyone keeps talking about that. What happened?

They showed Moira going into the comatose guy's room from Prof's earlier morality lesson, and she is obviously doing her daily morning check on him.. then you hear from off screen (you can't see the guy's face) in Prof X's voice "Good morning Moira" and she gasps and says Charles?! and that was it.

Haha, interesting.

Yeah...nobody is really dead and nobody has their powers taken away for good. It was clear that the 'cure' was going to be temporary...I had figured that out half way in. And Mystique DOES sell out Magneto and the rest of the mutants...she does it in the comics too when she hooks up with Apocalypse. I wouldn't be heart broken if Cyclops doesn't come back...but I bet he does.

This is so lined up for different story lines like the Star Jammers, the Sentinels and the ones from the cartoons where Xavier and Magneto are on that island...I'll be damned if I can remember what those ones were called.

This movie was by far better than the other two imo. The other two already fubared the storyline...this one at least made some attempt to put it back together.

and even with Jean we see a body but that don't mean anything when you're talking about the phoenix!

We went and saw this last Saturday. I enjoyed it despite all the issues noted above. Not being a fan of the comics / cartoons / whatnot I just take it at face value. Its entertainment to me and I enjoy all three movies. Sucks that I did not stay for the final blurb at the end of the credits but I was trying to crutch my way out so I didnt hold people up too much.
