Ultraviolet

Just bought the extended unrated version. Figured I'd go with that cut than the PG-13. More later.

We bought this the other day and I finally got around to watching it last night. I really enjoyed this movie for what it was. A shoot out with a hot chick in leather that changes colors.

I didn't buy the story-line all that much and some of the effects were a bit too blatantly CGI, but it was a fun romp through Mila's arsenol.

The little boys was a great little actor, I hope to see him in more.

I agree, it was a good action flick to enjoy and had a few "oh cool" things / moments. The idea of vampirism as a virus is really interesting too, but maybe because I love vamps =D That boy did really good, he's going to be a cutie when he grows up too.

Eh. I should've bought 'Casino' with Robert DeNiro instead. =/

Ultraviolet is one of the worst movies I have ever seen. Beyond the occasional cool visual effect, the movie has absolutely no redeeming qualities. The plot was mostly non-existant, the acting was beyond awful, and the dialogue writers should never be allowed to work again. The most talented person associated with this movie was the 12 year old boy. I don't understand how the director could go from making Equilibrium (awesome movie) to this (complete trash).
