We always had great neighbors growing up, and now living in an apartment. I don't deal with my neighbors unless they are like unbelievablly noisy. I can't imagine having a crappy neighbor like this.

Once...or a million times...so she got meowed at! For FCS, if it annoyed her that much she should have walked on the other side of the street, or hummed to herself, or worn ear plugs...I'm sure there were any number of things she could have done to alleviate the horrendous torture hearing his meowing caused her. Amazing that she actually survived to the age she's at now, not living in a vacuum somewhere.
