Deviant Art Question
Since the DA support person has been oh so helpful... (as in not replied) Does anyone know how to submit a .gif and a thumbnail in order to get the full view? I've tried submitting my .gif and my thumbnail in the next box that comes up but when I go look at the page all that I am getting is the thumbnail view. When I go to edit that it shows the right image for the full view but its obviously fubar'd in there somewhere. :noidea

So you have it set to original size when in full view, but are you selecting download or will it work if you use that option?

I'm not sure. I really hate that option though because I would like it to just appear like it used to. No one is going to want to download a sig that isn't their's, especially one they can't see.
Support chick finally writes me back and says.
No, I bloody well can't, wench. Its an animation. If I could just change it to a jpg then I wouldn't need the damn thumbnail view in the first place!
Obviously since I did not want to be banned from DA, I sent her a slightly nicer version. Mostly I'm annoyed that she took this long to respond and then asked one lousy question which did not fix my problem. (either now or in the future) It was simply a dodge to doing some actual support.

You are prolly better off just asking that on the DA forums. Other members would know what to do about submitting animated files and such, and usually get a far better turn around on answers.
DA support staff really does suck. I never got a reply for a question I had regarding the Prints service and deleting old images when they changed the system. Only found the answer when they sent a newsletter out.

They are getting rid of the help forums as an FYI. =/
I went to the help chat room and was given an answer. Quite simple, its a known bug that they have yet to fix. That's fine and I can be patient so long as I know that. I just wanted to make certain it was not my own error that was keeping my l33t sig from being viewed. ;) However said l33tne$$ can be viewed on TAC by seeing the bottom of my post because TAC is all uber like that :)
