I gotta say, I'm so proud of my Husband! I haven't been able to talk about this because of an NDA, but now that it's been announced, I can shout to the world about it!
My wonderful hubby is a diehard D&D fan since I've known him. (16 years now!!!)
Since before we got together (probably about 8 or 9 years now) He's taken all his (read, all that have been published) D&D sourcebooks and compiling all the events into a giant timeline. If you've played D&D you may have heard of A Grand History of the Forgotten Realms . Well, this past fall, WOTC got in touch with him, and bought the rights to it, and will be publishing it as an official "Campaign Suppliment"

Oh, wow, that is awesome! My husband's submitted a few published works here and there, but nothing on the grand scale of what your husband's accomplished. I can understand what a big deal that is for him. Congratulations and make sure to get hard back copies if they offer 'em!
