Well this is one way to communicate...

This was for the weekly illustration thingy that I do - the theme was 'Communication.' I'd love cc on it, either for future reference or so I can rework it later on.

If I do tackle this again, here are some of the things I think I would do:
- get rid of the silly default background and do something interesting - maybe have a brick wall right in front of her or a door, something solid and immovable for her to be yelling at.

- add some shading to her chest and back

- put in piercings, maybe some crazy barrettes, etc

Something is bothering me about her hand/forearm - it might just be lack of shading but I think there's an anatomy problem there too - it just doesn't look right :\.

Anyway, enough of my self CCing *grins*

About changing the background:

I like that background. It looks like barbedwire which to me makes a completely differnt and far more interesting statement than say a brick wall. I would make it a little less busy. Maybe more space between and fewer rows of it.

I don't have any fast advice about the anatomy. The arm itself looks ok to me, the hand doesn't really bother me either. Maybe the shoulder on that side is a little low? Not sure. I'll have to look at it alittle more carefully. Her head seems a little large but that's gives it a little more emotion to me and doesnt bother me at all.

i would vote for an office as Background, slightly blurred... then it would look like she's yelling at someone for not making their job the way it should be done ;)
