I'm not diggin the background and his pose is kinda blah. The little imp is good though. Consider doing a little higher opasity blob on his eyes, right now it looks too light and out of place. Why not lift his head and his hands a little higher? Why is his hair all swishing too? If you're going to keep it that way, i would think you'd want to add motion to his spell casting as well.

Making this for X's new BE warlock.. I've been looking at it for so long I need fresh eyes *sigh* c/c please! I haven't tweaked the lighting really, but that's always last.. And Im not sure if the background looks ok, pose is good, imp looks ok, etc..?

welol the hair is swishy since he has that swept over one shoulder style.. and I was going to fill in some in post, that was the best i could get it to look with poser. And higher opasity blob on.. dnatey's eyes? It's point lights, for skin coloration, I will make the fuzzy glow overlay in post. Wanted a summoning up an atack at the beginning fo a fight pose.. I guess that one is a little too relaxed and calm. hmmm.

Why not use a wow background instead? And I never do point lights on the eyes, I just postwork that in, seems to look more natural, if that's possible.

well... i hate trying to blend lighting and stuff and making such a cartoony environment like a wow shot match a realistic-ish looking render. it bugs me =/

not sure what to CC since its still a heavy wip.
the background has potential, but if you've taken a stroll thru silverymoon you'd know there's not 1 even slightly empty room in it. there's pillow sheets hookas tables magic crystals etc EVERYWHERE.
right now there's way too much dead space
if you're going to leave the room empty, you need to add some better dramatic lighting
to create a focal point on the guy, and chop off the dead space. otherwise fill that up with some props, and perhaps DoF it a *tiny* bit in postwork.
whatever is in his hand, you can't tell what it is, needs to be angled. the arm holding it seems really stiff.
