Salutations!
Hello everyone! I'm Alex R. Rhoades AKA Slovman. I run a website called the The Halls of Hysteria. When I'm not doing that, I like making 3D art, predominantly featuring green chicks with large breasts. I also do a lot of comic book cover style pics. In the past, I wrote quite a bit, but my website takes up most my creativity in that regard.
I'm self-taught at pretty much everything computers-wise, from web design to art, so I'm probably only marginally good at any of it.
I am a fan of comic books, even though I currently can't afford to buy them. My favorite character is, unsurprisingly, Jade. Unfortunately, she's dead right now.

Hey, Slov! I stopped buying comic book years ago because of money issues as well, but now that money is not really an issue anymore, we simply don't have a good comic shop to go to. There's one about 20 minutes away, but the owners are frankly more interested in trading cards than comic books so that should tell you what kind of crappy selection one can expect to find.
My favorite character is Wonder Woman, but she might as well be dead, too. I'm so tired of other characters taking up the role of WW only to die and give the title back to Diana. They shouldn't even be letting other women be Wonder Woman, not even when Diana goes on vacation, but then again, I would have never discovered the kickass person that is Artemis. (She's secretly my favorite, but no one knows who she is so I just say Wonder Woman for the universal recognition. :P)

Yeah, they recently rebooted the Wonder Woman series, with Donna Troy as WW. But the writer couldn't get it done on time even on a bi-monthly schedule, so I understand things are really up in the air with her.

LOL. I heard about the Donna Troy thing, which just irritated me. Sucks they couldn't get the book out on a regular basis. Just need to hit the reset button on the whole DC universe, IMO!

Heh, OK, since we've derailed the thread this far, tell us what attracted you to Jade the most. What's so different about her as opposed to ... She-Hulk?

Oh, I like Shulkie too. Loved the recent series by Dan Slott. But I'm more of a DC guy, and Jade's got connections to the Green Lanterns to boot. Her character has been kind've squandered in recent years leading up to her completely asinine death, but that's hardly her fault.
