EQ2 server? And question about the expansion

oooo y'all have me thinking eq2 lol. it was a toss up between starting up coh again or eq2. coh won cuz the software was cheaper =D But we're mistmoore too.. :D lemme know if everyone fires it up again...!!!!!

I'm on Blackburrow when I do have it active. Right now it's WoW and CoH/V active and sitting there not getting played tho *snort* Vex and Adi lefted me on EQ2... bitches :p

I keep getting pretty frustrated because like 3/4 of the content are the heroic mobs that are really really hard to solo and theres no one around to group with =x

what'd you roll ? / what lvl now ?

i pretty much duo w/ my bf. hardly ever group.

haven't found a pair that doesn't handle heroics well... 3^ are hard but thats group stuff.

my mom and i tend to group for the heroics - and if the darkblaydes are around, they tend to come over and see what we're up to - which usually means the four of us group. and grouping with those two is an absolute riot.

i have found that having my primary be a fury means i can always find a group for the areas that i just can't do on my own, like the ruins of varsoon or somesuch where everything is a heroic. for some reason, groups like to have a few healers around... go figure!

i actually spent most of this last wekkend in game - which was very weird after having spent next to no time in the game all month! i cannot gat a decent screenshot of my shroud!!! I have no clue what's it's really supposed to look like!!!

I Made a necromancer and am lvl 23 or so now. Still in commonlands, whats the difference between nektulos and fallen gate level-wise ?

fallen gate is a dungeon, all heroics, nektulos is where you should be at lvl 20... FG is good for groups 22+, i think mobs finally turn gray once you're 30.

Oh yeah and a few other things. Are there different models available somewhere? I remember seeing different ones online a long time ago and they were cool, and I saw in game it gives you the option to use other ones but you have to download them first or some such. And are any of the extra download packages worth getting for me?

check your optional downloads, and then check alternate models inside the game's options.

so far all i got was splitpaw saga, its pretty neat, for 30+ i think.

Splitpaw is 20+, Fallen Dynasty is 55+. I have yet to figure out Bloodline... it doesn't say on the ad darnitall.

I'm just glad I'm not getting kidnapped anymore - though i did manage to actually escape without dying the secnod time it happened!!

You'll be most welcome in City of Heroes and City of Villains. Pinnacle or Protector are my stomping grounds :D

I'm afraid I'm yet to find a fantasy setting that has inspired me to join. Age of Conan looks promising, I may invest in that once the reviews start rolling in.
