I like how this turned out. Armor looks good, nice job customizing the necklace. I'm not a huge fan of a billion sparkles, but real subtle ones would really play up the metal - right now the blade just looks white, no real shadows or gleaming effect. Background is simple and beautiful - love the color.
The font kind of blends into the background, I'd maybe toss it up and change the font style and effect on the name, bring up the quote and center it under the name, bring the guild name on top. Give it all some balance because the way you have it right now - you have a lot of negative space that draws the eye everywhere.
Overall, I'd have to say this is one of your better pieces, Janthin. Good composition and balance with the character. Very simple yet elegant. Not overdone at all. Very nice!
EQ2 Warrior Sig
Siggy done for my guildmate in EQ2, a dark elf warrior type gal :)
For those who care about such things, I created this image using Poser 7 and VUE 6 Infinite. The figure was posed and rendered in Poser 7. It is a Victoria 4 figure, with Xurge 3d's Paladin armor with a Loyalty mat, and Shigi hair. The skin mat is the Helena mat, modified by myself to the indigo color. The hair I also had to retexture to get the silverish color. Additional hair details were added in Photoshop. The pendant is from the Paladin set as well, and I added the Innoruuk symbol to it. The background scene was created and rendered in VUE 6 Infinite. The pieces were all combined in Photoshop, text added, effects, borders, etc.
