This is an image I did recently. I am really proud of it. This was an exercise in painting lighting in photoshop. I think I pulled it off, but I'll leave that up to you guys to decide.
Poser Photoshop and Painter. The bottle is inspired my a stock photo i saw on deviant art.

So you painted all the blue? The lighting does look very very good! Very soft and the smoke wisps are believably ethereal. :thumbsup Love love, the tones.
