The Office

Michael and Jan got back together - Jan got a massive boob job (hence why Michael, who was miserable with her went back to her). Michael, Karen and Jim all applied for a corporate job. The boss told Michael that job was actually Jan's who they're firing. Michael told Jan because Jan didn't know, Jan made a spectacle of herself and got escorted out of the corporate office. Michael retracted his name from consideration. Jim and Karen talked about their relationship. Apparently Pam confessed her undying 'friendship' to Jim during an office getaway making everyone in the office awkward, but confusing Jim.

So.

Karen tells Jim they need to leave and move to NY whatever happens. Jim seems noncommittal. During Jim's interview at corporate, he gives his sales report to the boss and out falls a little note from Pam. It has a foil gold medal and a note saying, 'don't forget us when you're famous'. He keeps looking at the little medal during the interview and pausing.

Michael takes Jan home - you discover that Jan is still taking painkillers from her boob job, thus completely fucking her emotions up. Michael looks very scared.

Pam is talking about how her and Jim's timing was always off but she hopes he's happy. She says she's ok with how it all worked out. You see Jim driving back to the office without Karen, like racing back. Then you see Jim bust into the meeting room where Pam is having her personal interview and immediately asks her to dinner that night. Pam immediately says yes. Jim smiles and leaves.

Pam is blushing, near tears and smiling so hard I thought her face would crack. Then she asked the guy to repeat the question.

I didn't like Karen really - her relationship with Jim was her constantly trying to get Jim's attention away from Pam. Him and pam were meant for each other. The writers better not fuck this up next season!
