Sims 2 Art Gallery - Home Business
I know its a game, but its mostly being posted cause of the art :P
I was working on this a couple weeks ago but never got to posting it til now.
I started a home-business art gallery. My sim lives upstairs.
Artwork by Fredy, Nemain, Beli, and myself. I have tons more images saved from some more of you guys to paint, but it takes fuckin FOREVER to paint a picture lol so I'm not done yet :x

its a single player game. not online.
the one with the platinum plumbbob is the one im controlling. the rest you just interact with, not control.

Hey, that is so cool! I have no idea how SIMs work, but I think it's great you can do something like this to personalize a game the way you want it!

sims2 is crazy fun :)
basically you're simulating real life... but you can be a vampire or a werewolf or abducted by aliens, impregnated by aliens, a plant-sim ( half plant, half sim ) a vamp-plant, a were-plant...
its fun.
i have 2 servo robot pets that can woohoo.
i'm looking into making a robot dog, if its at all possible.

put them in my documents\ea games\the sims 2\paintings
once your creativity has 5 pts in it, click easel > custom painting. and it opens up a dialog for you to pick the image you want to paint.

Neat Vex! I think my sim had finally started making recognizable pictures but that was about it. Poor guy will succeed one day!
How did you start a home business though? Can you simply sell the paintings? Or is there a way to choose something specific for your sim to do? I never played enough to really test the game. My sims all got jobs from the paper.

pretty much, all you need is a cash register , something to sell ( pretty much anything, even your pet ) and a open/closed sign.
i hired employees to run the cash register until i got my servo made, then i put him in charge of it. =)

Excellent! I'd love to sell off my nanny. She came in and just stayed and now I can't seem to get rid of her. =/ That's the last time I use one of those people with the signs that say "Will work for food!"

lol - put her in the swimming pool, and then take away the ladder...eventually she'll swim herself to death :P Or you can put her in a closet, and remove the door too :P

omg.... I'm a sims addict and I have ALL the sims2 packs....... I love that game........
I dont mess with it and adapt it.... just as is.........
At the moment my aim is to populate veronaville to full capacity..... lol
One of my familes has 6 kids, all toddlers, and even with 4 nanny's the parents STILL have a break down lol.
