I liked it, there is not a boring part in it, but it makes me sad , like an awe *sniffle* type sad. But its good!
Some minor stuff I didn't like but not enough to completely ruin the moive, but I go into details later after people have seen it hehe *bites lip*

OMG, it was kick ass. Sold out theater, had really sucky seats right up front but we loved it!!!!!!

You know i didnt like the other 2 that much, but i really liked this one and i liked that guy who played Jacks dad. Good ending to this series, and i CANT WAIT for transformers rly

We were gonna go see it this weekend, but our usual babysitter isn't available, so I gotta wait till next weekend

yeah, that was Keith Richards whom Johnny was said to have taken his mannerisms into accord when creating his character. I thought it was really cool they brought him into the flick

Johnny said he would do the part, he's really enjoyed it. However, Keira Knightley said she would not return, it was "time for her to move on" .

The producers said that this one would be the last and that everything would be explained and should leave no questions. /shrug Who knows though eh?! lol

I wouldn't mind going to see it again really, The kids loved it too but I think maybe just the hubster and I this time that way I am not distracted worrying about them and all hehe

oh and dont forget to say after the credits roll to see the little secret clip thingie they do hehe

We went to see it last night! LOVE IT!!! There were a couple of scenes that I could have done without, or atleast would rather them have done differntly. Abit sad in the end. *sniffles* But over all it was a fun evening at the movies! Even with the stupid woman next to me with the row of kids who talked on her cell during the movie.

Bah - I slept through a lot of the first half, again thinking it could have been so much better had they shortened it to 2 hours. I thought Johnny Depp and Geoffrey Rush were marvelous though. The ending was a little sad, but overall I thought kinda mediocre. /shrugs I guess a pirates life just aint for me. :P

I liked the first two better, but it was good. They wrapped up a lot of the story lines by the end, altough they left it wide open for a part 4. It also explained how the hell Barbosa was back and what the deal was with the freaky chick in the swamp. I just didn't think the action scenes were up to par with the last picture, except for maybe the final fight scene. And yeah that was Keith Richards, though I thought Depp said he modeled alot of his mannerisms off of Mick Jagger, not Keith Richards. Could be wrong, though.

My assistant saw it with her friends and she said she liked it but her friends hated it. =x

Ill see it soon and yes Depp said he modled the character after Richards.

I heard Richards as well. Was a good movie. For as long as it was, the movie moved fairly well. It did wrap up a lot of the story lines, and yeah, left it wide open for another. I'll just repeat more of what others said. Worth a watch though. And I'm also ready for Transformers to come out.

*gasp* Who dares question my johnny depp information?!! =P
The begining bit was the parts I wished were done better, hell they didn't even fully form characters before they killed em off, or left em out. The locker scene were a bit to long , funny but could have done without most of it. lol My kids were glued to the screne during the entire movie , cept when jewel had to potty. =/ Which means , not a single boring part to me hehe.
I'm hoping for a 4th only if my boys in it that is! :P

and yay for Transformers!! .. and Harry Potter!!! *bounces*

Didn't break Spidey3's opening - I am shocked. No bullshit. SHOCKED. Who likes spiderman more than pirates??? =(

sorry, i saw it yesterday and i just couldnt stand the end. too sad for my taste. i'm still thinking about it, and if they dont do a 4 when they rescue will in some way i'll never take a peek to those movies again. sorry sorry, i was just too saddened by the end...i was still trying to cope with leonida dying in 300 and then,...this!!!! i'm offended....................................

Awwwwwwwww. That kinda was a sad ending but I thought it really made sense. The secret ending clip was just too friggin sweet though. That does leave it open more movies though. I thought a lot of the questions did get answered, the dream sequence was weird, the explanation of Davy Jones with the end result was kinda weak though =/

My only question, is if they needed a ship, how the hell did they get to Singapore in the first place?????

Note to everyone - do not go to a movie that includes sailing vessels with a sailor. My sister's bf spent most of the movie glaring at the gross mis-representations in the actual sailing. While he had a point - ships don't move too well without wind in their sails - it was extremely distracting!!!

overall - i enjoyed this. the secret ending was cute and i think they did a pretty good job wrapping up the loose ends. they did manage to shove alot into 3 hours - it'll be interesting to see if there are any deleted scenes on the DVD!!

And i didn't realize that you could actually make Keith Richards even uglier than he is IRL!!!
