Anyone have any good fish recipes?

Specifically for white fish like, um...perch, and...

I don't know a lot about fish, just heard you want the white meat fish for the most healthy option. Trying to bring down my husband's blood pressure :X and he's whining...I mean, he's voiced some concerns about the amount of chicken and ground turkey dinners we're having. He doesn't seem to get that you don't have to have meat at ever dinner :\.

Anyway! Yeah, what do I do with fish? Stick it in foil with some veggies and grill it, maybe? Bake it? What seasonings do I use? Remember I am a really bad cook :X so nothing too tricky please!

this is one of my favorites:

Fish w/Garlic Sauce

INGREDIENTS
1 pound fish, cut into serving size chunks
salt to taste
1/2 cup cornmeal
1/4 cup sunflower seed oil
1 cup chicken broth
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 bay leaf
ground black pepper to taste

DIRECTIONS
Season the fish with salt, and dredge in the cornmeal to coat.
Heat the oil in a skillet over medium heat. Place the coated fish in the skillet, and cook 5 minutes, until lightly browned on all sides.
Mix the chicken broth, garlic, and bay leaf in a pot, and bring to a boil. Pour into the skillet with the fish. Season with pepper. Continue cooking 5 minutes, or until fish is easily flaked with a fork.

you can use halibut, talipia, any white fleshed fish with this one.
