Michael Clayton

It did have an abrupt ending but I thoroughly enjoyed this movie. Not so much one of those movies you watch over and over again but still an amazing job done by all. Clooney, Tilda Swinton and Tom Wilkinson very much deserved their Oscar nomination. Honestly I thought Wilkinson should have won - his performance was amazing, his portrayal of mania believable. Tilda Swinton's performance, especially the ending scenes, was exceptional. Clooney was unlike his normal 'Clooney being Clooney' roles. He was Michael Clayton - a true Fixer, both in his work and home life.

In six months tell me if you remember this movie.

I've been crushing on Clooney for years - odds are I will, hehe. I think I'd watch it if I caught it on cable, for sure. Not a repeat movie by choice though, really.

I adore George Clooney, as well, and saw this movie last year when it first came out. But in December my mom and I commented to each other that we needed to see it because of its Oscar nominations, and made plans to do so. Then I started seeing previews of it, and realized I had already seen it...and she was the same. We had just forgotten what it was about :P

I'll watch it again, if only to see what it was about...again. I mean I know the gist of it...but not the details...*sigh* weird.
