Took longer than I thought (for AT&T to sic the dogs.)
Kid was a dumbass to trade it for a car though.

AT&T sucks, we had our service with them for a couple years, so I can see why people are wanting to flee. Plus ever since the iphone launch wireless web through them is basicly impossible. X's work Blackberry is through AT&T and we can't even use it's net access while we're out and about (like we used to) to check simple pages without long delays.
I am sooooo in the camp of if you buy it it's yours to do whatever the fuck you want with.

I got rid of at&t so long ago... and vowed to never deal with them again.
so they go and buy cingular.
which is the only service that works in BFE where our service guys go.
and guess who's in charge of all the frickin cell phones for our company and was forced to open a corporate account with them?
*grrrrr*
(though I have to admit, their cell customer service has improved even if the land line customer service has finished it's descent into hell...)
