I added a background as well as the border, moved the toon over to one side...etc., etc.
it's finished now, and Phaed, my guildmate was really suprised and loved it...so I am a happy camper.
I told my guildmates ( we have a small guild) that if they were interested, I would do one free for each of them, since it helps me to learn poser.
Now, if I could just find some mage robes that even slightly resemble the EQ1 ones...
I really want to do one for my Mage toon, but I want her to look like she does in game...
Oh and I have had so much positive feedback from DA about it...which, coming from the people that have commented and noted me on it (awesome 3d artists IMHO< bows down> I'm not worthy...") makes me feel like the cat that ate the canary
enough rattling on...here is the final, finished siggy

the base is V3 (face morphs by me)
the hair is 3Dream Glorious (I changed the colors also to white)
the armor is X3D's dragon Princess ( I spent forever using the lasso tool to change parts of the colors)
the body texture is Mayte for V3 (I changed the colors, as it was decidedly un-Drow-like)
the eyes are Myrell Nazgul ( I changed the whites and iris colors to bright pink and light purple)
the sword is Kilgorin by Goblin Design (it was a freebie I found on a poser freebie site...not sure where....possibly rdna)
The background pic was one I had on the puter in some obscure and long forgotten place
all postwork, composition etc, was done in PSCS2
