She fail a drug test or something? Boy I didn't see that coming. /rolls eyes

I just heard on the news that she was caught driving again...and still has no license, plus the boys were in the car with her. Also, last week she was seen getting into a car with an alcoholic drink in hand. She was a passenger then, but that doesn't make it legal.

That illegal over there? For passengers to drink alcohol in your car?

Im sure all the facts will get trickled out but this was a closed door hearing so who knows when the actual truth will surface. But yes this really does not surprise anyone. She been seen out just about ever night and the driving without a valid license which just gives Federline more ammo. She clearly cant take care of herself much less a pair of your kids.

Sad but it's about time someone did something to protect those kids. I don't care how big of a celeb you are you don't deserve the right to put your kids in danger's way every day and get away with it.

Reports are saying that she wasn't doing any of the things the judge ordered a couple of weeks back. She was skipping counseling, not taking her drug tests, and did not provide the court with a valid drivers license which was the last straw.

Yea...none of the court appointed tasks were difficult, and yet her kids meant so much to her she didn't do one of them.

Apparently she's getting them back.

One of the repoerters said it was "devastating" that the kids were taken from her. ... WTF???
