Eyes
How do I make the glowey eyes on Night/Blood elves? Is it a paint over job in Photoshop or is it doable in DAZ?(Though I should really learn this Poser 7 I have soon lol)

I do them in photoshop. Lots of ways to do it, with a top layer over the eyes, a blob of color with blending options/outer glow is one way.

I also like to use a very tiny low powered point light around the eyes of the color you're going for when I render so that the light realistically lies along the facial contours like it would. Doesn't matter what that light does to the eye itself as far as reflections and such because you'll be covering mot of that up in post =)

point lights are easy. Its just a basic light that emits light in all directions. place it where you want the light to start from , then adjust the distance you want it to travel. Adjust shadows etc like any other :)
I usualy blank out all textures on the eyes If I don't have a textures I can use as a base. Then just use the diffuse color using light lime hot green w/e. Unless its V4 then I do the same useing the diffuse color on the whites, then a light for the iris and even lighter pupils. Then dab over with a soft brush in photoshop.
